I suppose most of our work desk would be significantly better than the above, but one cannot be too sure of the temporary files and folders left unattended in the system. If taken a little bit further, it would mean most novice users would not be able to find and remove the unwanted temporary folders. How to remove temporary folder automatically
1. Access gpedit.msc from run command2. Next select -> Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Terminal Services/Temporary Folder
3. Then right click "Do Not Delete Temp Folder Upon Exit"
4. Select properties and hit disable.
Subsequently, when customers put in a temp file, it would automatically be deleted. Cheers.
