So the belief that playing too much video game will be bad for eyesight may not true after all. With reference to the article published in Nature Neuroscience, it is believed that action video games may actually help the gamer improve its eyesight by training it to better differentiate and determine shades and colours that differ from the background, also know as Contrast Sensitivity Function (CSF).
It was also reported that poor CSF makes it difficult for people to drive and read. Indeed it is great news to rejoice for the avid gamers and yet another excuse to stay away from school work for students. That being said a point to note however is that too much of anything is bad, therefore moderation is still deemed the best. Perhaps this discovery would be something to rejoice but not to be abused.

Well that it is kind a true for a some people. But the fact it's kind a dangerous right? You know that the computer emits a radiations which can cause eye damages if you get to much exposed to it. That's why gaming sometimes is only good to pass some time. But being expose to much on those high graphical videos. It's kind hard to think that yur eye balls suddenly melted because of heavy exposure to the monitor.
